The New Exhaust...

Well, on the way to Atlanta to stop in Tyre's Monster garage I had some problems with the exhaust....

I felt an odd vibration so I pulled over & found the drivers side muffler had broken....

After a look I could see it ripped right off the muffler... shitty work was the cause of this... I wasn't fully happy with the exhaust job done to start with, first there was a leak now this....

Here in front of Tyre's place, Jason's notchback sitting in the drive... the muffler hangs way to low... Time to go see "The Man" also know as Roberto at Stone mountain exhaust, of which Tyre has to be the #1 customer...

The before shot... close look shows the pipes hang pretty low & are not tucked in the heat shield.... I'm not happy with this.  Roberto agrees it's shit work & says he wants to rip it all out start over.... I agree....

Roberto goes to work....

Roberto adds a crossover pipe with the new duals.

The Cats are tucked in nicely.

View from the rear, notice the solid weld hanger.... these pipes aren't moving !!!

Moving back the precision of the bends is great !!

Another angle

The bends around the fuel tank & over the rear end are also impressive.

Close up, I put some heat shielding on the gas tank just for added safety.

Setting in the last bit.. notice the rectangle tips had added... they match the design shape of the lights & back end... nice touch !!

Full view from rear.

All done..
